Evelyn Joshua, the widow of late Prophet, Temitope Balogun Joshua, has said that her husband’s death did not come as a surprise to her.
According to her, it was “an act of God.”
She stated this on Wednesday when she welcomed a delegate from the Governor of Lagos state, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, led by the Commissioner for Home Affairs, Prince Anofiu Elegushi, on a condolence visit to their home.
In her words:
“There’s time for everything, like my husband would say. This is the job he was known for. This is what he was living for. That is what he was going to die for.”
“So, it did not come to me as a surprise. I was not surprised when it happened. As we all know, he was in service that day. So, that’s it.”
TB Joshua, the founder of the Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN), died last Saturday in Lagos after overseeing a church event in Lagos.
