Pan-African Television Channel, News Central TV, has emerged the Best News TV Brand in the continent.
The African Media Brand was announced the winner of the award at the 8th African Brands Leadership Merit Awards.
The event was organised by the African Brands Congress of the year 2023 on Friday night September.
News Central Media Limited has been making waves as a Pan-African news channel, known for telling compelling and incisive stories about Africa, after the platform launched its services on DSTV on August 1, last year following its launch on StarTimes in 2020.
The continental channel has continued to set the pace and change the narrative on how Africa is portrayed with more than 30 programmes airing weekly and covering over 50 countries across West, East, Central, and Southern Africa.
