President Bola Tinubu has appointed seven new executive directors for the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA), according to a press release from the State House on Friday. The statement was issued by Bayo Onanuga, the President’s Special Adviser on Information and Strategy.
Titled “President Tinubu Appoints Seven Executive Directors for NTA,” the release also confirmed the reappointment of Ayo Adewuyi as Executive Director of News.
The other appointees include:
- Ibrahim Aliyu, Executive Director of Special Duties, a legal practitioner.
- Muhammed Mustapha, Executive Director of Administration and Training.
- Mrs. Apinke Effiong, Executive Director of Finance, a specialist in financial marketing with expertise in treasury, management accounting, and reporting.
- Mrs. Tari Taylaur, Executive Director of Programmes, an experienced audio/visual creator, producer, and showrunner.
- Mr. Sadique Omeiza, Executive Director of Engineering.
- Mrs. Oluwakemi Fashina, Executive Director of Marketing, an integrated marketing communications expert and chartered marketer.
