The government of Nigeria has commenced the demolition of buildings along the Lagos-Calabar Coastal Road right of way by Landmark Beach. The building itself is not affected by the demolition exercise.
This action is part of the government’s efforts to make way for the construction of the Lagos-Calabar Coastal Road, a major infrastructure project aimed at improving connectivity along Nigeria’s coastline.
