Nigeria’s Federal Executive Council approved the finance bill of 2020 in November this year. It is expected that the bill would be presented to the National Assembly for review and passed, along with the 2021 budget and the 2021 Appropriation Act. This act has all the workings of a bill aimed at giving back to Nigerian if adequately implemented.
