Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar paid Sallah respect to former Military President Ibrahim Babangida and former Head of State Abdullsalami Abubakar in their private apartments in Minna, Niger State’s capital.
On Wednesday, Atiku shared images from his visits with the two former military heads of state on Facebook.
In the 2023 general elections, Atiku ran as the presidential candidate for the main opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
He served as Nigeria’s Vice President from May 1999 until May 2007.
