Nigeria’s Minister of Information and National Orientation, Mohammed Idris Malagi has announced a significant expansion in the coverage of information related to the activities and intervention programs of the Renewed Hope Initiative.
Malagi stated that the purpose of this expansion is to reach a broader audience, including women and vulnerable groups targeted by the initiative across the nation.
The Minister made this announcement during a courtesy visit to Senator Oluremi Tinubu CON, Nigeria’s First Lady and National Chairman of the Renewed Hope Initiative, at the Villa.
Commending the recent interventions by the Initiative, Minister Malagi emphasised that the programs of the Renewed Hope Initiative (RHI) effectively align with the goals of the President Bola Tinubu-led administration’s Renewed Hope Agenda and therefore deserve support.
He remarked, “We are well aware of her pivotal role in supporting Mr. President in implementing his policies, and we also recognise her own Initiative. We discussed how the Ministry of Information and National Orientation can assist in disseminating this important information to the Nigerian public.”
This visit marks the first official meeting between the Minister and the First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu CON.
