There’s a big international collab hitting our airwaves soon. Nigerian music star Joeboy has announced his upcoming hit song ‘Chicken spice & Curry’ with American rapper Ludacris.
Ludacris, who collaborated with Justin Bieber on one of America’s most certified songs ‘Baby’ would be the latest addition of artiste to be featured on Joeboy’s upcoming album.
Joeboy teased his much anticipated sophomore album titled ‘Body & Soul’ dropping the project’s track list ahead of its release date. Born Joseph Akinwale, the 25-year-old star received massive acceptance for his first album ‘Somewhere Between Beauty & Magic’ and fans can’t wait for this.
The new project drops this Friday, May 19 and would have of total of 15 songs. ‘Body & Soul’ would also feature some other Nigerian stars, from global sensation Ckay, to Oxlade, Headies next rated star ‘Bnxn’, Odumodublvck and Kemena. Having Hollywood star Ludacris on the project might push the album overseas.
Joeboy wouldn’t be the first Nigerian artiste to have a song with Ludacris, in fact, 4 days ago fans were blown away by Blaqbonez and Ludacris song. The Nigerian self-acclaimed greatest rapper in Africa featured Hollywood’s Ludacris in his latest single ‘Cinderella Girl’. It’s safe to say there are no boundaries to these global collaborations in music, Afrobeats to the world.
