Nigeria’s March inflation figures released; drops to 11.25%

Latest information from the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS), Nigeria’s statistical agency, indicates that the country’s March inflation is 11.25 per cent, against 11.31 per cent for February.

However, the food price index increased by 13.45 per cent in March as against 13.47 per cent in February.

In Nigeria, the NBS releases inflation data used by the Central Bank and other financial institutions in the country.
