Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Ardova Plc Olu Adeosun, is leaving his position to seek other possibilities. His departure from the corporation on August 31, 2023, brings to aclosen more than four years of leadership.
Olu Adeosun will continue to be involved with Ardova’s operations until December 31, 2023, according to the firm, despite his resignation, guaranteeing a smooth handover to the new executive management.
Moshood Olajide has been named the company’s new managing director, which appears to be in accordance with the succession plan the business has devised.
The Chairman of the parent firm of Ardova Plc, Prudent Group, AbdulWasiu Sowami, stated his optimism about the company’s ability to add value to the energy sector.
