Manchester United goalkeeper Andre Onana has clinched the November Premier League Save of the Month award for his incredible stop against Liam Delap of Ipswich Town.
The Tractor Boys were certain they would score when left-back Leif Davis found Delap unmarked in the box, but the goalkeeper stretched out and made himself larger to deny the attempt. United ultimately secured a 1-1 draw in Ruben Amorim’s debut as the club’s manager.
While Onana made several vital saves during the game, his remarkable point-blank stop was chosen for the November honour. The Cameroon international holds the record for the most clean sheets in the league with six.
Onana has produced several outstanding interventions this season, with his excellent double save at Crystal Palace earning him the Save of the Month accolade for September.
