In a recent social media post, Barbadian singer, Rihanna shared the intimate—and incredibly glamorous—photos of two specific events that made her feel like a strong woman.
On Saturday, Rihanna posted two images on her Instagram page in celebration of International Women’s Day. In them, she is seen cuddling her newborn sons shortly after they were born, all decked up in chic accessories.
“My small miracles are by far the most incredible thing I have ever done as a woman!” Rihanna captioned the photo.
The first picture shows Rihanna with her baby RZA nestled on her chest, adorned with a number of pearl and gold necklaces.
In the second picture, the “Diamonds” singer is wearing pink sunglasses and cradling her second child, Riot Rose.
Then she acknowledged her glamorous birth and labour accessories.
“Yes,” she added, “I gave birth in sunglasses and pearls.” “A lot was happening, so don’t ask.”
Rihanna and rapper A$AP Rocky are parents to two sons together. The pair welcomed RZA in 2022 after going public with their romance for the first time in May 2021.
They welcomed Riot Rose in 2023 after she famously announced she was expecting her second child while serving as the Super Bowl LVII Halftime Show headliner that year.
In April, Rihanna told Interview magazine that although they “didn’t even really talk about” their choice to have children together, there was “no denying” that it was meant to be.
She declared, “It was the best thing that ever happened to us.”
