Caretaker coach Augustine Eguavoen has announced a 23-man squad for the upcoming qualifying matches of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations against Benin Republic and Rwanda.
Nasarawa United’s defender Victor Collins is the only locally based player included in the squad. Auxerre defender Gabriel Osho received his second call-up and will have the opportunity to debut for the three-time African champions.
Key forward Victor Osimhen returns to the squad after being sidelined due to injury in the previous match.
The Super Eagles will face the Cheetahs of Benin Republic at the Felix Houphouët-Boigny Stadium in Abidjan on Thursday, November 14.
They will take on the Amavubi of Rwanda four days later at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo.
