Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) president Nasser Al-Khelaifi has denied reports linking Liverpool’s Mohamed Salah with a move to the French club. Speculation has intensified in recent weeks, as Salah’s contract with Liverpool, which expires next summer, remains unsigned.
While Salah has publicly acknowledged stalled contract talks with Liverpool, leading to transfer rumours, Al-Khelaifi dismissed PSG’s interest in the Egyptian forward.
Speaking to Sky Sports on Tuesday, Al-Khelaifi praised Salah but reiterated that PSG had never considered him as a signing.
However, he left open the possibility of future transfers, stating that PSG would explore any opportunities that arise in January. Despite the club’s position on Salah, reports continue to suggest he may move to PSG in the summer when his contract expires, with other clubs also reportedly interested in his services.
