Pascal Siakam’s Raptors Set For Game Five With Celtics

Cameroon forward Pascal Siakam and his Toronto Raptors team take on Boston Celtics for game five of their NBA play-off Eastern Conference semi-finals tie.

Raptors, the NBA defending champions were winners in game four (100-93), with Siakam netting 23 points and 11 rebounds to help the Raptors tie the series 2-2.

But the 26-year-old who also made 2 assists, had a poor showing from the 3-point range, hitting only 2 of 17 attempts.

“I think we can always get to another level.” Siakam said after the game on Saturday.

“I feel like we can always do that and obviously everyone clicking at the right time, and once we have that we’re a pretty special team.”

Siakam’s Raptors teammate and point guard Kyle Lowry also had a double-double on the night with 22 points and 11 rebounds, but recorded 7 assists.

And their Congolese-born center forward Serge Ibaka came off the bench to add 18 points and 7 rebounds for the Raptors, with Fred VanVleet netting 17 points.

The other Eastern Conference semi-finals saw Giannis Antetokounmpo of the Milwaukee Bucks limp off with an injury after spraining his right ankle, having recorded 19 points in 11 minutes in his sides win over the Miami Heat.

Bucks took the game in overtime 118-115 but trail 3-1 in the series with Giannis now a major doubt ahead of game 5.

And in the Western Conference, LeBron James made 28 points, 11 rebounds and 9 assists for the Los Angeles Lakers in their 117-109 win over the Houston Rockets to tie their series at 1-1.
