    Phil Foden Temporarily Departs England Camp at Euro 2024

    English midfielder Phil Foden has temporarily left the England camp at Euro 2024 and returned to the UK for a pressing family matter.

    The Football Association confirmed this news on Wednesday, June 26, 2024 via a statement released.

    The Manchester City star player made his England debut in September 2020 and has since played for the English team at three major tournaments. Foden has made a total of 3 appearances in 3 games for Gareth Southgate’s led English team.  

    Foden left the team’s camp at Euro 2024 in Germany and returned to the UK to attend to crucial family matter.
