As the protests against bad governance and economic hardship continued into day two across Nigeria, large groups of Nigerians took to the streets once again on Friday, August 2 to press their demands.
Determined to make their voices heard, citizens in major cities such as Lagos and Abuja came out in large numbers, brandishing placards and rallying for change.
The nationwide demonstrations show no signs of slowing down any time soon, as protesters have united in their demand for better governance and economic prosperity in the country.
