Barrister Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, the Governor-Elect of Plateau State, expressed gratitude to the state’s youth and pledged to prioritise the rule of law during an exclusive interview with Gbenga Aborowa on News Central’s Politics HQ. He further stated that his administration will not tolerate any form of criminal activity and that offenders will be prosecuted and adequately punished.
Following an eight-year leadership of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state, Mutfwang’s victory marks the return of power to the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).
Mutfwang also discussed his plans to tackle the security challenges in the state, focus on agricultural development, address environmental degradation, enhance the quality of education, and promote youth employment. Watch the full interview for more information.
