The South African Police National Organised Crime Investigation Narcotics Unit has uncovered a cache of scheduled medicines, steroids, and performance-enhancing drugs (PEDs) at a self-storage facility in Derdepoort, Pretoria.
Authorities estimate the street value of the seized substances at R15 million.
Initial findings suggest that the operation was part of a larger syndicate running an online platform to distribute scheduled medicines, steroids, stimulants, and other illegal substances to buyers.
