President of Nigeria, Bola Tinubu has appointed Mrs Mojoyinoluwa Dekalu-Thomas as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Nigeria Electricity Liability Management Company (NELMCO), reports say.
Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Mr Ajuri Ngelale revealed this in a statement in Abuja on Friday.
The presidential Spokesperson added that the appointment takes immediate effect, and would run its cause of four years.
Dekalu-Thomas had previously served as acting MD/CEO of NELMCO, following the tenure expiration of pioneer NELMCO MD/CEO, Mr Adebayo Fagbemi on May 8, 2023.
The new NELMCO boss has over twenty-two years of experience gathered from working in executive management positions within and outside Nigeria, including the United Kingdom, Germany, Belgium, and South Africa.
