President Muhammadu Buhari of Nigeria and his Chadian counterpart, Mahamat Idriss Déby-Itno, held a meeting in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, to discuss the ongoing crisis in Sudan.

Confirming the meeting, Bashir Ahmad, the Special Assistant on Digital Communications to President Buhari tweeted:
