President Patrice Talon of Benin warmly received President Kagame at Le Palais de la Marina on April 15, 2023, as the two leaders commence a two-day State visit aimed at strengthening bilateral relations.
During the visit, a series of agreements will be signed, focusing on enhancing cooperation in key sectors such as information and communication technology (ICT), trade and investment, and agriculture.
In an afternoon engagement, President Kagame interacts with 100 young entrepreneurs at Sèmè City, a flagship project by the Benin Government that is dedicated to addressing the skills needs of young Africans through comprehensive training, research, and innovation initiatives.
The meeting is expected to foster productive exchanges and inspire collaboration between the two nations, paving the way for future opportunities and mutual growth.
