South Africa’s President Cyril Ramaphosa will announce his new Cabinet on Sunday during a televised address at 9 pm.
This new executive team will be part of the seventh democratic administration, known as the Government of National Unity (GNU), which includes members from various political parties.
This comes after national and provincial elections held on May 29.
The GNU talks faced challenges, with the Democratic Alliance (DA) almost walking away due to disagreements.
However, negotiations continued, and the African National Congress (ANC) has been in discussions with nine political parties to form this new government.
