Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) stormed into the French Cup semi-finals with a ruthless 7-0 demolition of fourth-tier Stade Briochin on Wednesday, while Ligue 2 side Dunkerque pulled off a dramatic comeback to beat Brest 3-2.
Joao Neves opened the scoring for PSG at Roazhon Park, with Gonçalo Ramos doubling their lead before halftime.
Ramos converted a penalty early in the second half before Desire Doué added a fourth. The Portuguese striker then completed his hat-trick in the 58th minute.
Senny Mayulu made it six, and substitute Ousmane Dembélé rounded off the scoring, ending Stade Briochin’s fairytale run after their shock win over Nice in the previous round. The reigning French Cup champions, PSG, remain on course for a record-extending 16th title.

Meanwhile, Dunkerque produced a stunning turnaround against Brest.
After trailing 2-0 following a Mathias Pereira Lage strike and a Bendjaloud Youssouf own goal, Vincent Sasso pulled one back before substitute Opa Sangante netted twice late on to complete a historic fightback.
In the second tier’s promotion race, Dunkerque had already eliminated Ligue 1 clubs Auxerre and Lille on their way to the last eight. Their coach, Luis Castro, praised his team’s resilience, revealing that Sangante, carrying an injury, stepped up when needed.
Fourth-tier Cannes and Reims also booked their semi-final spots on Tuesday, with the draw set to take place on Thursday.
