Residents in Burkina Faso have reacted to Coup Leader Lt. Col. Paul Henri Damiba’s inauguration.

Damiba was sworn in as president on Wednesday, less than a month after mutinous troops overthrew the country’s government in a coup.

He was outfitted in a camouflage suit, a red beret, and a sash in the colors of Burkina Faso’s national flag for the ceremony, which took place in the Constitutional Court.
