Security Operatives have arrested an Operation Dudula Leader Nhlanhla Lux Dlamini overnight, Local media in South Africa reports.
Nhlanhla Lux Dlamini, 33, is alleged to have spent the night at a police station in Johannesburg, South Africa’s economic city.
The cause for his detention is unknown.
Operation Dudula, his organisation, has been fighting unauthorised foreign nationals throughout the country.
Support for the organisation has been developing among marginalised South African populations.
There are fears that the efforts would spark a new wave of xenophobic violence in the country.
