Multi award winning singer Shakira has just broken records on Latin YouTube. Her song ‘Out of your league’ about her ex-partner Gerard Pique cheating on her hit more than 63 million times in 24 hours – making it the most-watched Latin song in that time period.
The four minutes pop song is not her first single after the breakup, although this one threw jabs at her Ex and his new alleged 23-year-old partner. With lyrics like, “lots of time at the gym, but your brain needs a little work too”, the Colombian singer addressed several problems in their relationship – including his unconcern over her earlier heavily publicized tax problems.
After over 10 years together with two kids, the 45 year old performer separated from Barcelona footballer Pique in 2022. Gerard Pique is yet to respond to the song online, but has kept posting about other things and projects in his life.
