    Ghanaian dancehall artiste, Stonebwoy has a little clarification to make about Afrobeats. According to him, the world always associates Nigerian music with Afrobeats, even though they are wrong to believe that it was created and is only found in Nigeria.

    Speaking on Pulse One on One, Stonebwoy stated this when he opened up about his music and the Ghanaian music industry.

    The interviewer asked the artiste where he thinks Ghanaian music is headed on the global industry scale and he said that it is still riding on the waves of Nigerian music.
    He further said that though the world thinks the origin of Afrobeats is Nigeria, he knows that the claim is untrue.
