In a remarkable achievement, Tems’s debut album ‘Born In The Wild’ soared to No. 5 on the Apple Music Album Chart, marking a new record for the highest charting position achieved by a Nigerian female artist.
Within her debut album, Tems chronicles her personal and artistic evolution through tracks that embrace her RnB and new soul influences, while also venturing into other genres such as Afrobeats and hip hop.
Featuring 18 tracks, the album boasts guest appearances from Afrobeats sensation Asake and American Grammy-winning rapper J Cole.
With her latest accomplishment on the Apple Music US Album Chart, Tems now joins the list of Nigerian artists whose projects have peaked in the top 5 of the chart.
