The Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFund) is set to organise a five-day Research Exhibition in Abuja, starting on November 17, 2024. This event will take place at Eagle Square and will highlight the latest innovations and groundbreaking research from across Nigeria.
Minister of Education, Prof. Tahir Mamman, announced that the exhibition aims to foster collaboration between institutions, organisations, and individual innovators. He emphasised that the fair aligns with President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda, which seeks to boost the economy by generating jobs, creating wealth, and improving the general welfare of Nigerians.
The exhibition will be free for both participants and attendees, providing a platform for researchers, inventors, and creators to showcase their technologies. The event will be open to the general public, with additional details available on the TETFund website.
TETFund’s Executive Secretary, Sonny Echono, expressed gratitude to the Minister for supporting the initiative. He encouraged all Nigerians, including research institutes and private inventors, to participate and display innovations that could lead to job creation and economic development.
