2019 FIBA Africa Basketball League final four tips off in Angola

Four teams, representing four countries, will face off in the final of the 2019 FIBA Africa Basketball League Final Four.

The ABL Final Four pairings will see Primeiro de Agosto of Angola take on Smouha SC of Egypt, while defending champions AS Sale of Morocco battle JS Kairouan of Tunisia.

The competition tips off today and ends on Sunday at the Kilamba Arena in the Angolan capital city of Luanda. The winners of the two semifinals advance to the Final while the losing teams will face off in the Third-Place game.

Proline seek to make history against Bright Stars in 2019 Uganda Cup Final

Newly promoted Proline will be looking to claim a place in the record books when they face Bright Stars in the final of the 2019 Stanbic Uganda Cup Final at the Masaka Recreational Stadium on Saturday 25 May.

This year’s final will be handled by FIFA Referee Ali Sabila Chelengat with the winner set to represent the country at the next season’s CAF Confederation Cup.

Morocco’s Wydad Casablanca look to dethrone Tunisia’s Esperance in the CAF Champions League

This weekend, all eyes will be on the Moroccan capital Rabat when Moroccan giants Wydad Athletic Club host their Tunisian counterparts Esperance de Tunis, as the 2018/19 CAF Champions League reaches the ultimate stage.

The first leg of the final is scheduled for Friday at the Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium, with the return fixture set for seven days later at Rades Olympic Stadium, near Tunis.

CAF Confederations Cup Final: Zamalek look to overturn first leg deficit against RS Berkane

The CAF Confederation Cup hits the home stretch and is too close to call. Egyptian power house, Zamalek battle Moroccan surprise package RS Berkane on Sunday at the Borg El Arab Stadium in Alexandria in the second leg of the competition.

Berkane enters the final second leg holding a slim 1-0 advantage from the first leg held last Sunday. Zamalek are looking to end their 16-year continental drought.
