Tinubu Condoles With NNPC Boss, Kyari Over Daughter’s Death

President Bola Tinubu offered his condolences to Mr Mele Kyari, the Group Chief Executive Officer of the Nigeria National Petroleum Company Limited, following the passing of his daughter, Fatima Kyari, on Friday.

In a statement, Tinubu’s Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, conveyed the President’s condolences, expressing sorrow for the loss and offering prayers for the peaceful repose of Fatima’s soul.

Vice President Shettima also attended the funeral prayers at the Annur Mosque in Abuja and prayed for Fatima’s peaceful rest and strength for the Kyari family during this difficult time.

A statement by the Vice President’s Senior Special Assistant, Stanley Nkwocha, similarly conveyed Shettima’s condolences and prayers for the Kyari family.

Fatima, aged 25, passed away after a long illness.
