The constitutional dialogue committees representing the east-based Parliament (HoR) and the High Council of State in Tripoli will meet in Tunisia in the coming days, the U.N. Adviser on Libya Stephanie Williams disclosed during an open debate on the Clubhouse platform on Sunday night.
Within a couple of days, the U.N. mission will receive the names of the committee members that will represent the Parliament in the Tunisia meetings, Williams said.
She indicated that Secretary-General Antonio Guterres spoke with Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Dbeiba and the head of the parallel government, Fathi Bashagha. He reiterated the need to ensure stability in the country, and the preservation of the ceasefire agreement, according to the U.N. Representative
