US singer, Melissa Viviane Jefferson aka Lizzo sent social media into a mixed frenzy after she was captured rocking “43 AND A HALF FOOT BRAIDS” in a trending video. The 33-year-old rapper was assisted by four persons who held up the braids as she walked.
While many people described her braids as record-breaking and a good fit on her, others gushed about her look. She caused a huge stir on social media after she showcased her new look for a video production. In a post she shared on her Instagram page, the singer stated that it is:
“LITERALLY THE LONGEST BRAIDS IN THE WORLD, ASK @guinnessworldreords.”
Due to the length of the braids, Lizzo, real name – Melissa Viviane Jefferson – was assisted by about 4 persons who held up portions of the hair to prevent it from dragging on the ground.
