Former Super Eagles Forward Victor Moses has set his sights on returning to Premier League football as he moves back to England to join Championship side Luton Town.
It has been over a decade since Moses played in the second tier, having left Crystal Palace for Wigan in 2010. Despite a successful career in top-flight football in England, Italy, Turkey, and Russia, the 2013 Africa Cup Of Nations Winner is eager to compete again at the highest level with the Hatters.
“I’m thrilled and eager to kick off,” Victor expressed. “I’m eagerly anticipating this opportunity; being here is a delight. This is an ideal moment to be in the country and reignite my passion for the game.”
Following Luton’s relegation from the Premier League last season, Victor’s primary goal is to assist the club in securing promotion back to the top flight.
“I thought the boys performed exceptionally well last season, and now the focus for this season is to concentrate on the upcoming Saturday game and to approach each match to return to the Premier League,” he said.
With nearly 550 career appearances, numerous Premier League, FA Cup, and Europa League triumphs, and experience in World Cups, AFCON, and the Champions League, the 33-year-old Victor Moses boasts an impressive resume.
