Three individuals were saved from a life-threatening situation when a 40ft container trailer accidentally collided with a Toyota Corolla car, bearing registration number JJJ 811 FV, while ascending the Ojuelegba Bridge in Surulere on the night of Sunday, September 24.
The rescue operation was initiated at 20:45 hours on Sunday and involved the Sari Iganmu Rescue Crew from the Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service, along with other State Emergency Responders and concerned onlookers.

They successfully rescued two adult males and one adult female who were occupants of the car. Meanwhile, the driver of the trailer and his assistant fled the scene, evading authorities.
