It’s exciting news for fans of hit action comedy franchise, Bad boys. The Will Smith and Martin Lawrence box office hit film is expecting yet another sequel. The Hollywood actors broke the news to fans in a recent video online.

It’s 25 years after the first iconic Bad Boys film and Sony Pictures has confirmed the untitled Bad Boys sequel is in early preproduction, with Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah returning to direct.

The latest sequel had several fits and stops in recent years, but reports now confirm Jerry Bruckheimer, Smith for Westbrook, Doug Belgrad and Chad Oman will share producing credits on Bad Boys 4, with Lawrence, James Lassiter, Mike Stenson, Barry Waldman and Jon Mone on board as executive producers while Chris Bremner is responsible for the script.

The first film in the franchise released in 1995 raked in $141.4 million in box office and the 2nd was more impressive making over $273 million in 2003. The 2020 sequel saw a change in director, from Micheal Bay to Bilall Fallah and Adil El Arbi, and also made an even more impressive revenue, amassing $426million for its 3rd film.

As we anticipate the 4th film, fans are confident it would only score a more impressive rating on box office globally.
