Nigerian afrobeat sensation, Wizkid, has earned seven nominations at the Africa Arts Entertainments Awards(AAEA).
The AAEA aims to honour and acknowledge the accomplishments of music performers from across Africa.
Wizkid is a contender in numerous categories, including AAEA Best Continental Male Artiste and AAEA Continental Artiste of the Year.
His project ‘S2’ has been nominated for Continental Album/EP of the Year, and he has also been recognised for his collaborations and singles.
He received nominations for Best Continental Intl Feature for ‘Work Me Out,’ Best Continental Afro RnB Hit for ‘Money & Love,’ Best Continental Afro Rap Fusion Hit for ‘IDK,’ and Best Continental Afro RnB Hit for ‘Ebelebe’.
The award ceremony will be held in Kenya on August 17, 2024.
