Starboy Wizkid is up for another big show. The Nigerian singer will be staging a concert at the Madison Square Garden in New York City, US, which has a capacity of 20,789.
The Grammy winner announced this on Instagram by posting the flier of the concert scheduled for November 16, 2022.
With this event, Wizkid will becoming the second Nigerian artist to sell out the MSG, following Burna Boy’s gig at the arena earlier this year.
The announcement comes hours after Wizkid announced an exclusive show set to take place at the Roundhouse, London on September 27, where he will debut songs from his forthcoming fifth studio album ‘More Love, Less Ego’.
The 32-year-old is no stranger to big capacities having sold out shows in the 20,000-capaity O2 Arena in London and, most recently, the Accor Arena in Paris, France.
