One of the sites, which describes sex in graphic detail, is said to have originated in Tanzania and began spreading there in 2021, according to the report.

According to Minister of Education Douglas Syakalima, “The books circulating on social media are not developed by ministry of education. The cover is correct but that page circulating is not from any of the Zambian books,”
