Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State has approved a year-end bonus for street sweepers of the Lagos Waste Management Authority (LAWMA). Dr. Muyiwa Gbadegesin, the Managing Director/CEO of LAWMA, announced the bonus, expressing the governor’s appreciation for the critical role played by the street sweepers in maintaining cleanliness in Lagos.
Gbadegesin emphasised the governor’s acknowledgment of the tireless efforts of street sweepers and waste handlers in ensuring a clean and healthy environment for the residents of Lagos.
