President William Ruto held a live media roundtable interview with local and foreign media on Wednesday evening. Local and international media were invited to the interaction, which took place at State House-Nairobi.

The interview took place a day before President Ruto kicks off a three-day retreat for senior executives including Cabinet Secretaries, Presidential Advisors, and Principal Secretaries.

The media engagement focused on critical implementation concerns for Kenyans, which include the high costs of living, the removal of subsidies, the need to hire more teachers in the education sector, amongst other important issues.
