Ghana’s Black Queens have qualified for the semifinals of the ongoing WAFU Women’s Championship after a goalless draw against hosts Ivory Coast in their final group match.
Ivory Coast and Ghana qualify with the Ivorians top of the group with a better goal advantage as Togo and Senegal exit the competition having finished third and fourth respectively.
Defending Champions Ghana could face Nigeria in the semi-finals on Thursday with the African Champions on top of Group B ahead of their final group match with Mali on Tuesday.
The other game in group B will see Burkina Faso take on Niger.
