The Director-general of the World Trade Organisation Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala arrived at her polling unit in Umuda Isingwu village, Umuahia, Abia state, Southeast Nigeria.
Okonjo-Iweala expressed dissatisfaction at the lateness of officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) at the polling place.

The DG complained that in spite of being at the venue since 7:00 am, she and other electorates waited hours without being accredited or attended to.
“Waiting to vote at my polling station in Umuda Isingwu village Umuahia, Abia state. I have been waiting one hour. Many villagers have been here since 7 am. It is 11.23 am now. Where are the INEC officers??” Okonjo-Iweala tweeted.
She was able to cast her vote at past mid day.
