American pop singer, Ariana Grande has shown her support of US Vice President Kamala Harris to be the Democratic Party’s candidate for the presidential election.
Her endorsement comes after President Joe Biden stepped down as the Democratic Party’s candidate on Sunday, endorsing Kamala Harris, his vice, as the flag bearer.
Grande shared a picture of President Biden and Kamala Harris on her Instagram story and charged her followers to register to vote for the Democratic party.
“Register to vote,” she captioned the photo.
Another celebrity who has endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris is US rapper Cardi B.
The mother of two had recommended Harris as the Democratic Party’s candidate after the presidential debate between President Biden and Republican Party candidate Donald Trump.
Reacting via her X handle, Cardi B wrote: “Aha hahaha, let’s go! I told y’all Kamala [Harris] waParty’ssed to be the 2024 candidate… Stop f*ckin playin’ with me!”
Earlier in May, Cardi B, in an interview with Rolling Stone, said she wouldn’t exercise her right to vote if the two major candidates remain President Biden and Donald Trump of the Republican party.
